BAG FILTER SLEEVES RESTORATION WITH AIR IMPULSES

This system was developed by our team with the aim of creating a technique that was able, not only to clean the filter, but regenerate the elasticity of the membrane.

The PTFE due to the temperature to which and subjected to operating hours, tends to harden / stiffen, losing the normal elasticity as the PTFE membrane of which the sleeve filter is composed, loses normal functionality.

The result of our research has led to a cleaning technique capable of reactivating the normal elasticity of the filter membrane, restoring system performances from 90 and 99%, lengthening their lives and improving the entire filtering system.

The pulsed air, from the inside to the outside-flow compared to normal operation, creates a real massage to the membrane fabric. The service is performed both online and offline.

The Air & Jet cleaning treatment generally improves the ventilation flow, causing a lower percentage of the tail extractor rides between 10% up to 20%, and therefore a minor energy absorption, with an important economic finding of costs .

In the regenerative cleaning procedure, Bio Protect Group submits the filter to permeability analysis, before and after cleaning with the use of a measuring machine according to UNI EN ISO 9237.

The Bio Protect Group Air & Jet owner system has also shown great efficacy on filters with 10 years of operation, in which 90% reactivation has been obtained with excellent and lasting results.

RIGENERARE I FILTRI A MANICA CON UN SISTEMA AD ARIA PULSATA

Questo sistema è stato sviluppato dal nostro team con l’obbiettivo di creare una tecnica che fosse in grado, non solo di pulire il filtro, ma rigenerarne l’elasticità della membrana.

Il PTFE a causa delle temperatura a cui e sottoposto e alle ore di funzionamento, tende a indurirsi/irrigidirsi, perdendo la normale elasticità in quanto tessuto.

Il risultato delle nostre ricerche e tecnologie, ha determinato una tecnica di pulizia in grado di riattivare la normale elasticità del tessuto dei filtri, ripristinando le performances del sistema dal 90 e il 99%, allungandone la vita e migliorando l’intero sistema di filtraggio.

L’aria pulsata, dall’interno verso l’esterno in contro-flusso rispetto al normale funzionamento, crea un vero e proprio massaggio al tessuto del filtro. Il servizio uò essere eseguito sia on-line che offline.

Il trattamento di pulizia Air & Jet migliora in generale il flusso della ventilazione, causando un abbassamento in percentuale dei giri dell’estrattore di coda fra 10% fino al 20%, e quindi un assorbimento di energia minore, con un riscontro economico importante nell’economia dei costi.

Nella procedura di pulizia rigenerativa, Bio Protect Group sottopone il filtro ad analisi di permeabilità, prima e dopo la pulizia con l’uso di macchina di misurazione secondo norma UNI EN ISO 9237.
