ON-LINE INDUSTRIAL BOILER CLEANING WITH CONTROLLED MICRO DEFLAGRATION SYSTEM
The service offered by the Bio Protect Group in slag cleaning, is performed mainly with the production plant, removing the slag in the entire convective line of the fumes inside the boiler, in the combustion chamber etc. In thermal and endothermic combustion power plants, using customized and particular tools / systems, to reduce the most or less consistent slag and ashes, both online and off-line, adapting to customer needs and aimed at obtaining cleaning and Optimal thermal exchange.

The new system, certainly represents an excellent result for improving effectiveness and safety in the use of such techniques, as well as being less bulky in handling and transport, the performance of the new system guarantee the removal of resistant waste even in the condition of agglomerates that are formed at the center of the harps of damp beams, as we can pass it between a tube and the other.

Il servizio offerto dalla Bio Protect Group nella pulizia delle scorie, viene eseguito principalmente con l’Impianto in produzione, rimuovendo le scorie in tutta la linea convettiva dei fumi all’interno della caldaia, nella camera di combustione ecc. nelle centrali a combustione termica e endotermica, utilizzando strumenti/sistemi personalizzati e particolari, per abbattere le scorie e le ceneri più o meno consistenti, sia on-line che off-line, adeguandoci alle esigenze del cliente e mirato ad ottenere la pulizia e lo scambio termico ottimale.
Questo tipo di intervento eseguito on line (in produzione) e off-Line, evita la fermata e la mancata produzione, evitando un aggravio di costi nella gestione e conduzione della centrale, in questo modo si ripristina il corretto trasferimento termico e convettivo del normale processo di combustione a beneficio delle prestazioni generali dell’impianto.
L’efficacia della tecnica utilizzata si adatta su tutti i tipi di scorie, comprese le più resistenti e può essere utilizzato in tutti i processi di combustione e caldaie di qualsiasi dimensione.
L’uso di questa tecnica in modo costante permette di ottenere una pulizia rapida e accurata delle scorie e il conseguente ripristino delle performance prestazionali d’origine.
La disincrostazione efficace delle pareti della caldaia comporta un aumento del trasferimento di calore, un miglioramento dello scambio termico e quindi un aumento delle prestazioni e della produzione.
Dopo anni di esperienza con l’uso di esplosivi e miscele gassose atte a generare una sostanza esplosiva, sempre nell’ottica di migliorare l’efficacia delle nostre tecniche, nel 2019 Bio Protect Group ha messo a punto un nuovo ed esclusivo sistema con tecnica di microcariche controllate.
Il nuovo sistema ha richiesto un grande sforzo nella ricerca e nello studio effettuando i test necessari a raggiungere le prestazioni prefissate che risultano ben più alte rispetto ai sistemi oggi in uso e ai sistemi fino a oggi che fanno parte del nostro Know-How.
Il nuovo sistema, rappresenta sicuramente un risultato eccellente per il miglioramento dell’efficacia e della sicurezza nell’uso di tali tecniche, oltre ad essere meno ingombrante nella movimentazione e nel trasporto, le prestazioni del nuovo sistema garantiscono la rimozione delle scorie resistenti anche nella condizione di agglomerati che si formano al centro delle arpe di fasci tubieri, in quanto riusciamo a farlo passare tra un tubo e l’altro.
