This system is the ultimate solution for all quick work of clearing blockages, plugs and chokes in your pre-heater towers, silos, kilns and bins. It is mainly used in cement factories, foundries and everywhere it is needed to break and demolish down layers of very thick and resistant agglomerated slags.

In cement production plants, for instance, it is possible to intervene on the incrustations of the baking ovens and blocks of the ducts.

The activity with this system can be performed with normal during the production of the system, if the bayonet connections are prepared at the detected points of waste accumulations, the same activity is performed online or off-line. Without interfering on production.

Il sistema viene impiegato principalmente nei cementifici nelle fonderie e ovunque necessiti rompere e abbattere strati di scorie molto resistenti e/o agglomerati.

L’uso di questo sistema è essenziale per l’abbattimento dei crostoni in camera di combustione, lo stasamento di silos, tramogge, ecc.

Nella produzione dei cementifici è possibile intervenire sulle incrostazioni dei forni di cottura sugli accumuli e blocchi dei condotti.

I Tubi speciali ripieni di CO2 liquido vengono inseriti nelle pareti dove si trovano le incrostazioni.

Il CO2 viene fatto sublimare generando una altissima pressione che rompe gli accumuli, liberando così il passaggio e ripristinando le condizioni ottimali d’esercizio.

L’intervento se predisposto il posizionamento, non necessita della fermata dell'impianto e viene svolto con la linea a caldo senza perdita di produzione.

Laddove gli operatori che debbono introdursi in siti dove le scorie sono sospese alle pareti e alle volte delle camere di combustione e/o altre situazioni dove si creano occlusioni nel ciclo di produzione il sistema può essere impiegato.

Il servizio con tecnica Cardox® può essere eseguito con impianto on-line dove viene predisposto l’attacco a baionetta per operare senza fermare la produzione.
